Africa, a continent endowed with immense natural and human resources as well as great cultural, ecological, and economic diversity, remains underdeveloped. Poverty is a serious and significant problem in Africa. Poverty, in its most extreme form, is destitution. It is trying to survive without even the most basic needs, such as food, water, or shelter. For sub-Saharan Africa, this is the reality for nearly half the population.

Poverty reduction is one of GOGADEV’s core missions, and one of the main challenges that often accompanies poverty is hunger. In addition to several development approaches, GOGADEV will also offer the direct provision of various socio-economic services such as:

Providing resources to the poor
GOGADEV's mission is to bring lasting change to disadvantaged people by reducing their daily hardships and providing opportunities for better health, education, and success. Our organization will alleviate human suffering and build self-reliant communities by providing humanitarian aid and empowering individuals in Africa.

Contribute to the achievement of development goals
GOGADEV will develop self-help programs in Africa to increase food production, develop clean water resources, manage the environment, strengthen healthcare, and provide emergency relief. We seek to facilitate an engagement between the poor and the rich that opens both to transformation.

Empowering individuals
Empowering individuals is a big part of what we do. But what does that mean? Giving people access to the basic tools they need to succeed. Instilling in them the confidence that they can break free from poverty. Making them engaged citizens in their communities. To name a few, of course!
